In the beginning...

And So It Began.
Well here I am. The journey of how I have come to be sitting down to a computer and drafting my first ever blog in the middle of a sunny Australian spring day is too long to discuss here. Suffice to say I will give you the cheat-sheet:

The Good, The Bad & The Downright Ugly.
In the sequence in which they appear. Good could encompass my childhood growing up in a middle-class suburban household as the youngest child of three. The Bad being the fact that my middle-class, suburban parents seemed to do nothing but argue, my older siblings torment me and force me to be the 'good' child. The Downright Ugly? Life after leaving home. Walking in on your fiance with someone else...in your bed. Finding that the supposed love of your life boyfriend of three years has been leading a complete double life with a wife and kids and another girlfriend thrown in for good measure. His subsequent stalking. Yeah - that pretty much sums it up.

Ready, Aim, Fire!
So as cliche as it sounds, what I am hoping to achieve is this: after trudging through the rubble that has been my love-life over the past ten years I want to work out who I am. What do I want the most out of life and how do I go about getting it? What characteristics and traits do I present which attract the people I have historically attracted - and how do i change this? What spiritual path am I on and how can I develop this further to help me grow as a person?
